Matt Hardacre, a Mathematics major from Clark State Community College was recently featured on Avetec's website for his contributions to the company. Matt is a Visualization and Solid Modeling Intern at Avetec focused on research projects.

Central State University and the University of Dayton were named Ohio centers of excellence for advanced energy by Ohio Governor Ted Strickland in October 2009. Central State University was named as a center for emerging technologies. The University of Dayton announced two new centers, Von Ohain fuels & combustion, and strategic energy and environmental informatics.
